No membership fee is payable by a person who applies for membership of the SPNTS and who gives an interest free loan to the SPNTS for a sum of $5000 or more for a minimum period of three years. Such a person will be eligible for membership class of Patron. If a person is already a General Member, they will be converted to Patron.
